Get a Free Health Screening
(For adults 18yrs and older, Medicaid and low income)
What to expect at your FREE Health Screening and coaching, we’ll check your current:
- Cholesterol levels
- Glucose levels
- Blood pressure
- BMI (weight and height)
- Take waist circumference measurements
- You will receive a copy of all information obtained from the screenings to take to your doctor.
- You will have to fast for 9-12 hours before screening.*Only water, unsweetened tea or black coffee
You will also get:
- Nutritional counseling
- You will learn all about the physical fitness and exercise classes we have to offer.
- Motivation and accountability through frequent check-ins from your health coach
- Tracking progress by periodically measuring your results.
Keep it going with a maintenance program that includes:
- Ongoing nutritional counseling
- Support groups and other Wellness classes
- Motivation and accountability through frequent check-ins from your health coach
- Tracking of progress by periodically measuring your results.

Together, we will set some health and fitness goals and begin to create a custom Workout and Nutrition plan just right for you!
- You will learn all about the physical fitness and exercise classes we have to offer here at WOW.
- Receive personal training sessions with Health Coaches and experienced
- Certified Personal Trainers
- We will talk about your current eating habits and together, we will design a healthy and balanced meal plan for you to follow.
Step 3
Keep it going with a maintenance program that includes:
- Ongoing personal training sessions at the Wheat Ridge Recreation Center
- Ongoing nutritional counseling
- Support groups and other Wellness classes
- Motivation and accountability through frequent check-ins from your health coach
- Tracking progress by periodically measuring your results
